Fond memories of George, from my Husband Frank, he will always remember the 8th Grade, at St. Cecelia's and all the fun times in Iselin. Rest in please and in our hearts. Pat & Frank Agolio
My mom moved us to Avenel from Elizabeth during the early summer of 1959. I started my first year at Woodbridge, HS the following September (11th grade) and you, "Sir", were one of the first new friends I met as a newcomer to Woodbridge Township.
Noting the recent news of your passing gave me pause. You Sir, were special to me for good cause. I have never forgotten what a good pal you were and that you were among the first to welcome me as a new friend and introduce me to others in school... Thank you, "Sir!".
Our lives took us separate directions following our 1961 graduation. As it turns out, we would not cross paths again in this life. So, until we meet again (and we will), REST IN PEACE, George! You da' man! Since I know you will be there to greet and introduce me when we meet again, I want to take this opportunity to say, "Thank you, Sir!"
