A good friend and actually maybe the only other guy in our class shorter than me.  He lived around the corner from me in Iselin and we crossed paths frequently. May his memory be for a blessing.

I moved into Avenel from Elizabeth during the summer (July) of 1959.  I knew no one there in Woodbridge Township,  I had one cousin (Robert Anzivino) a year ahead of me at Woodbridge,  He graduated in 1960,

I began attending Wodbridge High School September 1959 in 11th grade.  I don't recall exactly where I became introduced to Barry Levy during school, but I do know is that he was one of my first new friends I made there at Woodbridge.  Barry was one smooth dude!  One could never forget his warm and endearing demeanor - he was just "one cool dude" whom I could never forget. His loss is a great one.

Unfortunately, upon graduation (6/21/1961), I immediately joined the Marine Corps and remained on active duty for the next 8-years through 6/24/1969.  That said, living throughtout the USA and far east all those years, I lost many contacts with most of my newly formed Woodbridge HS friends such as Barry Levy,

Barry, until we meet again, here's to you, Brother!

Saddened by the loss of our classmate Barry Levy; I knew him to be  warm, outgoing and always friendly. May his memory be a blessing.

So sorry to learn of the passing of my old friend Barry Levy. As with many of our departed classmates, I very much wish for the opportunity to have connected with him other than during our scheduled reunion dinners.  May his memory be a blessing for all who knew him

Sad news indeed.  I've many fond memories from WHS and through the sixties early seventies when we shared summer rentals and carefree times in Manasquan.

Later, while on our own lifes journeys, we drifted apart  but when we reconnected at our reunions it was always as if we had seen each other just the day before.

Rest in peace old friend
